Language and Vocabulary:

1. Autumn's changes, weather, nature, and activities

2. Fire prevention and fire safety

3. Rooms of the house, naming, sorting and classifying household objects

4. Cooking experiences and safety rules

5. Family members, jobs, clothing and activities

6. Body part naming, how parts move

7. Improving self-confidence and self-concept (I am special!)

8. Directional and positional concepts – in and out

9. Colors – red, yellow, orange, and blue

10. Shape – square

11. Letters- Cc, Dd, Ee, Ff

Skills:

Fine Motor: Lacing, painting, cutting, coloring, play dough manipulation, making circles and path tracing

Gross Motor: Organized games, moving to music eye tracking objects

Premath: One-to-one correspondence, calendar activities, sorting, making sets, patterning, 0,1, and 2, circle, big and little

Creative Dramatics: Family roles, firefighters

Sensory Skills: Introducing all five senses
